The last day to pay 2015 City & School Real Estate taxes and 2016 School Per Capita Taxes was December 31, 2016.

  • Delinquent City & School Real Estate Taxes are turned over to Crawford County Tax Claim Bureau in Meadville. You can contact them at 1-800-982-9019 to make payment arrangements.
  • Delinquent School Per Capita Taxes are turned over to Berkheimer for collection. You can contact them at 1-800-383-4870 to make payment arrangements.

All businesses, before commencement of business, operating in the City of Titusville are required by City ordinance to obtain a business license.This includes transient/itinerant merchants, itinerant vendors and solicitors.A solicitation permit is required for door to door sales or transactions. Applications are available in the City Treasurer’s Office or can be downloaded.Download licenses
